Exchange Policy
Website Exchange Policy
Unworn, resalable items purchased from our website can be exchanged at any of our stores within 28 days from the order date as shown on your receipt.
To process an exchange:
- Bring the unworn, resalable item along with a copy of your email or delivery receipt to your preferred store.
- Items can be exchanged for an equivalent value or a higher value if you pay the difference.
Please Note:
- Exchanges cannot be processed by post.
- Refunds are not available at any of our store locations.
Combination Purchases
For promotional offers such as "buy one get one free" or "buy one get another at a reduced price," the free or discounted items must also be returned to process an exchange.
Exclusions
- Pierced Jewelry: For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be exchanged.
- Personalized Jewelry: Items that have been specially altered or personalized in any way are ineligible for exchange.
- Return Online Only: Items excluded from our exchange policy, as noted in their descriptions, cannot be exchanged.
Refund Policy
Website Refund Policy
Unworn, resalable items purchased from our website are eligible for a refund if requested within 28 days of the dispatch date (refer to your dispatch email).
To request a refund:
- Sign in and visit our Contact Us page.
- Select ‘Request a Refund’ and choose the relevant Order Number (found on your Delivery Receipt).
- Provide the reason for your refund request in the comments box.
- Instructions for returning the item will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
Refund Process:
- Refunds are not processed at our store locations.
- Postage costs for returns must be covered by the customer.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of processing.
Combination Purchases
For promotional offers, such as "buy one get one free" or "buy one get another at a reduced price," all items from the promotion must be returned to qualify for a refund.
Proof of Postage:
In the event that a return is not received by us, Proof of Postage from the Post Office will be required. Refunds may be refused if Proof of Postage cannot be provided.
Exclusions
