Shipping Policy

We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible! Below are our delivery options and estimated timelines.

UK Deliveries

 Standard UK Delivery – £3.95
Enjoy FREE standard delivery on orders over £49. Orders are sent via Royal Mail, and a signature may be required upon delivery.

 Special UK Delivery – £7.95
Spend £300 or more and get FREE next working day delivery (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed by midday (Monday-Friday) will be delivered the next working day to mainland addresses in England, Wales, and Scotland.
  • Orders placed by 8am Saturday will be delivered the following Monday.
  • A signature is required upon receipt.
  • Please note: This service does not apply to personalised jewellery.

International Delivery

🌍 European Countries – £7.00
✈️ Rest of the World – £8.00

  • Deliveries take place Monday - Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • A signature may be required upon delivery.
  • Shipping times depend on Royal Mail International delivery schedules.

Delivery Timeframes & Delays

We do our very best to meet the estimated delivery times, but sometimes delays may occur due to stock availability, courier schedules, or external factors beyond our control.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check with your neighbour or local Delivery Office before contacting us.

Holiday Orders 
We’re working extra hard to process and dispatch all orders quickly during the holiday season!

  • Standard UK Delivery: Orders placed by 8am Thursday, 18th December 2025 will be dispatched in time for Christmas.
  • Special UK Delivery: Orders placed by 8am Friday, 20st December 2025 will be collected by Royal Mail for next-day delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders

In rare cases, an item may go missing in the post. Unfortunately, we are unable to open an investigation until 15 working days have passed since the dispatch date.

  • Claims must be made within 28 working days from the dispatch date. You can find this in your ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email.
  • If normal postal services are disrupted, these timeframes may be extended.
