Exchange Policy

Website Exchange Policy

We’re happy to offer exchanges for unworn, resalable items purchased from our website within 28 days of the order date (as shown on your receipt).

How to exchange your item:

  1. Bring the unworn, resalable item along with a copy of your email confirmation or delivery receipt to your preferred store.
  2. You can exchange the item for one of equal value or upgrade to a higher-value item by paying the difference.

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges cannot be processed by post.
  • Refunds are not available at our store locations.

Combination Purchases

For promotional offers like “buy one, get one free” or “buy one, get another at a reduced price,” any free or discounted items must also be returned to process an exchange.

Exclusions

🚫 Pierced Jewelry – Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewelry cannot be exchanged.
🚫 Personalized Jewelry – Any items that have been specially customized or altered are ineligible for exchange.
🚫 Online-Only Returns – Some items, as stated in their descriptions, cannot be exchanged in-store.


Refund Policy

Website Refund Policy

If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer refunds for unworn, resalable items within 28 days of the dispatch date (check your dispatch email for details).

How to request a refund:

  1. Sign in to your account and visit our Contact Us page.
  2. Select ‘Request a Refund’ and choose the relevant Order Number (found on your Delivery Receipt).
  3. Provide a reason for your refund request in the comments box.
  4. Instructions for returning the item will be emailed to you within 48 hours.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds cannot be processed in-store.
  • Customers are responsible for covering return postage costs.
  • Once received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working days.

Combination Purchases

For promotional offers such as “buy one, get one free” or “buy one, get another at a reduced price,” all items from the promotion must be returned to qualify for a refund.

Proof of Postage Required

In the rare case that a returned item does not reach us, Proof of Postage from the Post Office will be required. If this cannot be provided, we may be unable to process your refund.
